How to Use: - For straight knife edges, insert the blade fully and vertically into the V-Notch carbide sharpening slot at a 90-degree angle and pull the blade from heel to tip. - For single-beveled blades, position the sharpener over the heel of the blade, ensuring the angled carbide blade is aligned with the beveled side, and pull the sharpener across the cutting edge from heel to tip. - For wide bevel blades, secure the blade in a vise, lower the sharpener so the cutting edge rests in the V-Notch slot, and pull the sharpener across the cutting edge from one end to the other. - For other edged tools, use the carbide bar to sharpen and the ceramic bar to hone, maintaining an approximate 20-degree angle between the edge and the bar.
